Q-Fin TopGrinder

The TopGrinder from Q-fin is a hand-operated deburring machine that is suitable for various finishing operations on metal parts, including grinding, deburring, edge rounding and polishing. The TopGrinder allows you to perform semi-automatic deburring at an affordable price.

With this machine, Q-fin makes it possible to achieve a very high-quality finish with little effort, easily grind away burrs and even polish to a high gloss.

The TopGrinder is ergonomically designed, robustly constructed and particularly safe thanks to its two-button operation. This mobile deburring machine comes standard with continuously adjustable brush speed and a vacuum system so that workpieces are always securely clamped to the work table and you can always work safely. You can save a huge amount of time compared to manual deburring, simply because the product can be fixed in place much more quickly.

With the balance arm, you can adjust the grinding pressure yourself as desired using the spring package, from floating to more pressure. The double grinding head has two mounts so that you can attach various grinding tools, from standard commercially available tools with an M14 attachment to the cup brushes supplied by Q-fin for various operations.

The worktop measures 1200 x 780 mm. This gives a maximum depth for a workpiece of 780 mm. The length is unlimited, as the sides of the table can be easily lowered.
