How to use ear muffs

Ear muffs should fit snugly against the head and completely enclose the ears. Adjust the headband so that the cushions exert even pressure around the ears for the best noise reduction. Pull hair back and out from under the cushions. Do not wear caps, pencils behind the ear or anything else that could interfere with the seal.
