Repairs

Our Technical Service repairs your (pneumatic) hand tools quickly and professionally. We keep most parts in stock for our own-brand machines. We can also repair other brands, although the turnaround time may be slightly longer in some cases.

 

New Procedure

To make the repair process faster and simpler, we are implementing a new procedure:

• If repair costs are up to 50% of the gross new value, your machine will be repaired automatically
• You will receive an order confirmation
• If the amount exceeds 50%, you will receive a quote in advance

This approach ensures that, in many cases, your machine will be repaired faster and can be put back into service.

 

Costs and conditions

• If repair costs are up to 50% of the gross new value, your machine will always be repaired automatically. By sending in your machine, you give your prior consent to this. You can check the current new prices in our webshop (link). If the repair cost exceeds 50%, you will receive a quote in advance
• If you choose to have the machine returned unrepaired, we will charge: €25 excl. VAT for inspection costs + shipping costs. These inspection costs are waived if you purchase a new machine

Safety and Complete Delivery

By default, the machine will be returned to you in a condition that meets all safety requirements. This means, for example, that we will also reinstall any missing protective covers or handles on the machine. We therefore request that you send us complete machines.

If you do not want us to replace or add these accessories, please indicate this on the repair form.

Submit a repair request

For fast and accurate processing, we ask that you use our repair form.

On the form, you can specify, among other things:

• Machine details (model and serial number)
• Description of the issue
• Your reference and order number (required)
• Warranty claim (if applicable)

 

METABO repairs

We do not repair METABO machines ourselves, but we do handle the process. Please use the specific Metabo repair form for this. You can also submit your warranty claim for METABO machines through us. To do so, please fill out the following form: Metabo warranty terms.
