Sanding discs

Sanding discs are suitable for sanding, deburring and finishing various materials. Our range includes hook-and-loop discs, Hookit and Stikit discs, film discs and abrasive discs with or without dust extraction holes. Versions are available for metal, steel, stainless steel, aluminium, paint and lacquer.

Abrasive belts

For various belt sanders, we supply a wide range of abrasive belts in different sizes, abrasive types and designs. Belts are available for steel, stainless steel, aluminium, cast iron, wood, paint and lacquer. Custom-sized sanding belts and special versions are also available.

Fibre discs and Roloc

For high material removal rates, fibre discs are a commonly used solution in metalworking. The range includes 3M Cubitron 2 and Cubitron 3, 3M 982C and 987C, as well as fibre discs from Whizz, VSM, Klingspor and Deerfos.

Roloc sanding discs allow you to change abrasive materials quickly. They are suitable for applications such as deburring, finishing and working in hard-to-reach areas.

Abrasive rolls, sheets and sleeves

For manual sanding and flexible applications, we offer abrasive rolls, sheets, strips and hand blocks, abrasive sleeves and abrasive caps. These products are suitable for various tasks, from surface treatment to sanding edges, profiles and small or hard-to-reach surfaces.

Scotch-Brite and Surface Conditioning

For cleaning, satin finishing, finishing and removing light grinding scratches, Scotch-Brite and Surface Conditioning products are suitable solutions. These non-woven abrasive materials are available in various versions and can be used for conditioning and finishing metal surfaces.

Choosing the right grit and design

The right grit size and abrasive type are important for achieving the desired sanding result. A coarse grit is generally used for high material removal, while a finer grit is suitable for refining a surface and creating a better finish.

Depending on the application, options include aluminium oxide, zirconium oxide, ceramic grain, silicon carbide and Precision Shaped Grain. The backing and attachment method also play a role, for example with hook-and-loop, Hookit, Stikit and Roloc.
