Sanding rolls and economy rolls 230/235U

In addition to loose sanding strips and sanding sheets, we also have sanding rolls in stock. A sanding roll is often 25 or 50 metres long. You can take a larger or smaller piece from the roll as required. This gives you flexibility and means you are not tied to standard sizes.
The 3M 230/235U Fre-Cut sandpaper can be used both mechanically and manually. This is a flexible sandpaper with an open structure. The difference between the two grades is that the 235U is treated with a Fre-Cut anti-clogging coating. These sanding rolls work excellently on shaped and profiled wooden workpieces and painted surfaces.

241UZ Dust Control Sanding Paper:

This sanding roll consists of flexible and highly durable sanding paper with a semi-open structure. The 241UZ clogs less quickly thanks to a special Dust Control treatment that prevents static dust adhesion. This grade is mainly used for sanding all types of wood, fillers and paints. This sanding paper can be used both manually and with a surface sander.
341D Sanding Cloth. The sanding material on this sanding roll has a linen backing. The 341D is durable, flexible and can be torn in all directions. The sanding roll is coated with aluminium oxide minerals and closed coated. This sanding linen is only suitable for manual work and is used for deburring, finishing and cleaning metal. It can also be used on wood if necessary.

Scotch Brite sanding rolls

We distinguish between three types of Scotch Brite sanding rolls:
* CF-RL Clean&Finish sanding rolls: Non-woven nylon fabric impregnated with aluminium oxide or silicon carbide abrasive minerals, suitable for wet and dry use. Used for cleaning, sanding, finishing and matting metal, wood and plastic products. Can be used both by hand and with a surface sander.
* WR-RL Wear Resistant sanding rolls: Made from a very strong, tear-resistant and durable web, with abrasive minerals on both sides. Specially developed for machine use for light deburring of sharp edges.
* CP-RL Cut&Polish sanding rolls: Reinforced non-woven nylon fabric, impregnated with aluminium oxide abrasive minerals. Suitable for both wet and dry use. Due to its stronger construction, this quality is ideal for deburring and cleaning work during turning and milling. Can be used both manually and by machine.

We also supply sanding rolls with a Velcro backing or a polyester film backing. These rolls are manufactured by Deerfos.
