F200XL deburring machine, especially for sheet metal parts 10-200 mm wide. The F200 XL deburring machine is the extended version of the F200 machine. In addition to all the unique features of the F200, the XL has an extra grinding or brush head, resulting in even higher processing speeds, a larger rounding and the highest quality finish, as the two counter-rotating brushes give the workpieces an even end result.

The F200 XL is a 3-station machine and comes standard with the brush height tracking system designed by Q-fin. In combination with the simple button system, this ensures that setting up and working with the F200XL is self-explanatory, resulting in the most user-friendly machine available on the market.

The machine comes standard with continuously adjustable speed on the conveyor and on the brush(es) and/or grinding head(s), making all possible operations and results achievable. You determine the desired finish yourself.The F200 XL can be equipped with either a vacuum system (for non-ferrous metals, e.g. stainless steel and aluminium) or a magnet system (for ferrous metals). These systems ensure effective fixation of the products to be processed on the transport table, allowing even smaller workpieces (from 10x10 mm) to be processed safely, smoothly and quickly. It is with good reason that we at Q-fin are convinced of the benefits of a narrow machine for small workpieces and a wider machine for large workpieces.
In many cases, the throughput speed of this machine is 5 times higher than that of comparable machines.
